Creative Product Display Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our visual merchandising team at a leading fashion retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, including materials, fabrics, styles, and trends. Regularly communicate with the product department in HQ to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by understanding and meeting the specific needs of customers.
- Visual Merchandise: Apply basic visual merchandising techniques and improvise standards to improve product display and store image. Analyze and display products according to pictures sent from head office and manage furniture for store displays.
- Product Reception: Manage product delivery and replenishment procedures.
- Team Management and Development: Lead a team of professionals, guide and train them to perform duties efficiently.
- Loss Prevention: Participate in inventories, follow company procedures, and teach security procedures to minimize inventory loss rate.
- Stock Management: Organize stock room procedures and stay up-to-date on stock rotation using available tools.
