Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design of both digital products and marketing materials. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for customers across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for digital products (web and mobile).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with the product's design system and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
