Job Title: Human Centered Design Expert

Our team is seeking a skilled Junior UI/UX Designer with approximately 2 years of experience in crafting engaging mobile applications or SaaS web applications.

The ideal candidate possesses creative problem-solving skills, thinks outside the box, and approaches design with a user-centric mindset.

As part of our collaborative design team, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences that prioritize user satisfaction.

  • Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for mobile and SaaS web applications.
  • Translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user problems creatively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to bring designs to life.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and product design across different platforms.
  • Conduct user research and integrate user feedback into the design process.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in mobile apps or SaaS web apps.
  • Solid experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
