Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Apparel Category Manager to lead our apparel categories and drive business growth across seasons.

The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the category end-to-end, balancing fashion, analytics, and strategy.

This role involves managing profit margins, planning pricing and discounts, and monitoring revenue performance.

  • Pricing & Revenue Management: Ensure profitability at the category level by planning and implementing price strategies that align with growth targets.
  • Inventory Planning & Control: Forecast demand based on data, seasonality, and trends to ensure healthy inventory levels and reduce stock-outs.
  • Assortment Strategy & Sales Planning: Develop collections that meet customer demand and brand identity while tracking SKU-level performance to boost conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to create seasonal directions and briefs, collaborate with marketing and e-commerce for launches and visibility.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Category Management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A keen eye for product trends, consumer behavior, and market insights.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Marketplace experience is a plus.
