Job Title:

Senior Visual Communication Specialist

This role involves collaborating with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements. The successful candidate will be able to interpret clients' needs and develop concepts that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
  • Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analysing data.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
  • Awareness of current trends in visual arts.
  • Understanding of key values (KVs), font styles, elements, etc.
  • Awareness of emerging AI technologies such as Midjourney and FireFly.
  • Demonstration of leadership qualities and guidance of junior visualizers.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Knowledge of software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. is an added advantage.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
