Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to manage inbound and outbound international customer calls, deliver exceptional service, and efficiently resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide detailed information on products and services, addressing billing, technical, or general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promptly resolve escalations and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice process environment.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic 24x7 rotational shift environment (5 days a week).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal) with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities to ensure effective query resolution.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage rotational shifts with flexibility.

Salary Estimate: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum based on location and experience. Note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on several factors including but not limited to industry standards, location, qualifications, level of experience, performance, etc.
