About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the Indian subcontinent by promoting Oil Additives. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and identifying potential target Indian OEMs within the Automotive industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve challenging targets of Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh while maintaining profitability.
  • Select, manage, and evaluate agents and distributors to support regional sales goals.
  • Collaborate with departments such as key account management, technical service, product management, customer service, supply chain, marketing services, and business development to align with strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct market research activities including market analysis, competitor analysis, product placement analysis, local or regional price level analysis.
  • Identify changes in business dynamics, marketplace opportunities, competitive threats, supply position, and pursue strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with lubricants and their applications is advantageous.
  • MBA in Sales/Operations is an added advantage.
