Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Solution Strategist with a strong background in performance marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.

  • Understand clients' business goals and objectives to develop tailored performance marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align marketing strategies to achieve these targets.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display, programmatic).
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Present and communicate complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities include Cross-Functional Collaboration, Market Research and Insights, Requirements & Skills, and Education.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic, and display. Familiarity with AI and machine learning in marketing is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
