Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to spearhead the execution of high-performing paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms, focusing on delivering exceptional return on investment for our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective ad campaign strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize client ROI.
  • Closely collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide weekly performance reports for all client accounts, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to improve performance.
  • Design and present tailored revenue growth strategies for each client, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to craft engaging and conversion-focused ads that meet client objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with foreign clients, providing exceptional communication and service.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to handle foreign clients, with a preference for those with Australian market experience.
  • Digital marketing agency background required, with expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
