Job Description:

This role involves maintaining item level detail information, setting up new vendors, updating product information, and troubleshooting store issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inputs and maintains item level detail information in PDI Enterprise Pricebook.
  • Updates item pricing and promotional activity from multiple vendors.
  • Maintains and cleans up Pricebook data; ensures regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of old items.
  • Collaborates daily with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners.
  • Resolves problems through reporting and other means.
  • Escalates calls as needed.
  • Responds to all calls, requests within the same day.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors problems for timely resolution.
  • Maintains and supports the retail price book.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent data entry & communication skills.
  • Candidates must be articulate in verbal and written communications.
  • Candidates must be a team player and flexible to changing assignments and direction.
