Retail Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings, with an ability to interpret CAD drawings.

You will play a critical role in overseeing project execution from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Management: Develop and track project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed within agreed financial constraints.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress and budgets, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing retail interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD drawings and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
