Job Description:
  • End-to-end travel arrangements include flights, trains, hotels, cabs and visas for employees, management and guests.
  • We coordinate domestic and international travel bookings in line with our company policies.
  • Records of all bookings, cancellations and re-schedulings are maintained.
  • Liaising with travel agents, vendors and service providers ensures cost-effective and timely services.
  • Visa applications, travel insurance and foreign exchange assistance is provided as required.
  • Travel expenses are tracked and travel MIS/reports submitted to the management.
  • All travelers have necessary travel documents and itineraries ensured.
  • Emergency travel situations or last-minute changes receive our assistance.
  • Guest arrangements including airport pickups, hotel bookings and local transportation are handled.
Key Responsibilities:

Below are some key responsibilities:

  1. Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotels, cabs, visas) for employees, management and guests.
