Business Development Executive

At Lendex Technology, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of IT-related products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, market visits, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services
  • Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals, and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Technical knowledge of IT-related products
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Minimum Graduate/Post Graduate preferred
  • Technical background will be an added advantage

We are looking for a candidate who has worked with a System Integrator company for 1-2 years, with technical knowledge of solution sales of routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, wireless point-to-point, surveillance systems, audio & video, video conferencing, and web conferencing.
