Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Head to drive our sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth in LATAM markets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for core banking products.
  • Identify and engage new prospects, develop strategic relationships, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Work closely with banking and financial institution executives to understand business needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed regional sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends in the LATAM financial services sector.
  • Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and channel alliances to grow reach and revenue.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance regional sales and pre-sales team.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Strategy
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan for core banking products.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Engage with Banking Executives
  • Work closely with CIOs, CTOs, COOs to understand business needs.
  • Position appropriate solutions to meet business objectives.
Maintain Competitive Advantage
  • Monitor competitive activity in the LATAM financial services sector.
  • Inform product positioning and strategic decisions.
Foster Collaborative Environment
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, system integrators, and channel alliances.
