Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

 

  • Experience:

We seek a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to spearhead our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-14 years of experience in accounts payable, statutory compliances (TDS, GST Income tax), payroll, and treasury functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead finance and accounts operations to ensure efficient execution of financial processes.
  • Oversee and manage teams to achieve business objectives in finance and accounting.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-14 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including TDS, GST, and income tax regulations.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of driving business growth through effective financial planning and strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
