Job SummaryThis is a key role within the HR department, responsible for designing, developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and experience of working with automated systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures Development: Design, develop, and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with company standards and legal requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance HR operations.
- Automated Systems: Lead the implementation of automated HR systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Communication and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand and adopt new policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an agricultural-based manufacturing company.
- Proven experience of working with automated HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
