Job Title

A Cloud Architect leads the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based systems for our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and maintain these systems.

About This Role

This position involves a variety of responsibilities including designing and implementing cloud architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance on cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud architectures that meet business needs and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deploy cloud-based applications.
  • Maintain and improve existing cloud infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization and process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate teams on cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide cloud solutions that align with organizational goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing cloud architectures.
  • Expertise in cloud-native services (Compute, Networking, Storage, DBaaS, CDN, Alerting, etc.) and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE).
  • Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud automation, and scripts (Python, JavaScript, Ansible).
  • Cloud architect certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
