Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Visionary

The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in crafting and communicating a comprehensive Business Architecture strategy, meticulously aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive Business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Drive and govern the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
  • Evaluate and select technology platform/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Cross-Domain knowledge and expertise in core functions like HR, Supply Chain, Procurement.
  • In-depth domain understanding in one of the domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, BFS.
  • Deep expertise in Process Re-Engineering, Process Mining.
  • Hands-on expertise in Process Tool, Frameworks, and Techniques.
  • Fair knowledge of GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Business Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs.
