Client Services Representative

We are seeking a seasoned professional to handle the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors, clients, and prospective buyers with a positive first impression.
  • Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assisting the sales and CRM teams by managing customer interactions, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Providing project-related information to visitors and guiding them to the concerned department.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure an efficient client experience.
  • Managing client feedback, queries, and escalating issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintaining records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Supporting in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service-oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any discipline, and prior experience as a GRE / Front Office Executive / Customer Service Executive is an advantage.
