Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Gracelands is seeking a skilled digital marketing manager to lead the company's online presence and drive business growth.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligning with marketing and sales goals.
  • Create and execute engaging campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, content marketing) to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Design and publish high-quality static posts, reels, and video content across various platforms.
  • Ensure all content reflects Gracelands' brand identity and storytelling.

Copywriting & Communication:

  • Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL) and suggest optimizations.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
  • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around Gracelands' projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
