Digital Marketing Leader

Attract a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our growth team's digital marketing efforts. As a key member, this individual will oversee Meta Ads and Google ads for performance marketing campaigns.
The primary goal is to develop, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Collaboration with the design and content teams will be essential in creating best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive new user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent digital marketing skills, creativity, and strong analytical abilities. If you have experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively, managed large-scale marketing budgets, and possess at least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing campaigns
- Create, develop, and optimize end-to-end campaigns on various channels to maximize ROAS
- Design innovative campaign ideas to share with other team members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules
- Previous experience of running Google and Facebook ads extensively
- Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
