We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team, with a focus on Unsecured Commercial Vehicle (UCV) loans. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry and a proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer complaints.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Professional experience in the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
