Customer Relationship Specialist Role Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues via calls and emails throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Perform thorough feasibility checks and product selection using client tools to ensure adherence to client standards and guidelines.
  • Responsibilities include order creation, follow-up, and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder engagement (including end customers, field teams, design teams, and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Ensure 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
  • Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers according to agreed processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Functions:
  • Coordinate with Australian customers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Do accurate product selections and feasibility checks using client tools.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement effectively.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
