Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high secondary or 10+2 diploma with 3 years' experience in a related field; OR any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Internet-based tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • An unerring attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and navigate between multiple mediums.
