Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a skilled language interpreter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate interpretation in Bengali/Nepali/French and English languages during telephone and video conversations.
  • Listen carefully to speakers' statements and interpret them correctly, asking questions when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English speaking skill and high proficiency in Bengali/Nepali/French speaking.
  • Good understanding of languages with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 12th, Diploma / Any Graduate education.
  • Fresher/experience in the field.

Important Note:

  • For French, B2 certification or B1 with 6 months experience or UG/PG degree in French is mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • Permanent Work From Home.
  • 5 days a week.
  • 2 rotational week offs.

Interview Rounds:

  • HR interview (telephonic).
  • AMCAT Test.
  • Language Proficiency Test (English and 2nd Language).
  • Client Round (final virtual interview).
