About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Senior Liaisoning Officer. As a trusted representative of our founder, you will build and maintain strong relationships with senior police officials, bureaucrats, political stakeholders, and business entities across various domains.

This high-impact role demands discretion, influence, effective communication, and independent execution under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with senior officers in government departments, coordinating with political leaders to resolve civic or administrative issues, and arranging high-level meetings with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior officials in government departments
  • Coordinate with political leaders to resolve civic or administrative issues
  • Arrange high-level meetings with key stakeholders

Business Coordination:

  • Handle approvals, licenses, and permissions for business projects
  • Represent in meetings with legal, corporate, and regulatory bodies
  • Follow up on strategic partnerships, vendor coordination, and business escalations

Personal Representation & Social Initiatives:

  • Liaise for philanthropic foundation tasks
  • Manage confidential personal matters with tact and integrity
  • Execute urgent, sensitive, or high-stakes tasks as a single point of contact

Ideal Profile:

  • 10–20 years of experience in government liaisoning, police administration, public affairs, political advisory, or field operations
  • Existing network with senior police officials, bureaucrats, and political stakeholders
  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Discreet, reliable, and action-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills
