Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through process improvement.

The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business transformation, building project book of work, and executing high-impact projects that deliver tangible results for the business.

The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify stakeholder needs and align improvement projects/initiatives accordingly.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC and DMADV, as well as knowledge of risk frameworks and process audits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to identify business/process transformation opportunities
  • Building project book of work and executing high-impact projects
  • Identifying and initiating improvement opportunities
  • Leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and risk frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM) with 12+ years of work experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to present and lead senior stakeholders meetings

Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills

Experience in RPA/AI/ML and Business Analytics is an added advantage
