Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area, answer phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately.
- Handle courier, mail, document coordination.
- Schedule meeting rooms, appointments, visitor logs.
- Maintain professional welcoming office environment.
- Provide administrative support to management when required.
- Handle sales calls, emails, inquiries.
- Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders, maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in sending brochures to potential clients.
- Prepare follow up on sales quotations, proposals, agreements.
- Update CRM/database with accurate client sales information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education Qualification: Any bachelor's degree.
- Work Experience: 3 – 5 years
- Presentation, excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
