Job Title: Team Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in supervising teams within an international business process outsourcing environment, with a strong background in operational metrics including Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and SLA. Effective communication skills are essential for success.

  • Responsibility includes day-to-day supervision of team members, encompassing work and attendance monitoring.
  • Coach team members to achieve consistent high-performance delivery monthly by providing effective guidance.
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, and implement corrective actions accordingly.
  • Evaluate service delivery to ensure it meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates regarding their performance.
  • Host team meetings to facilitate expedient communication of relevant information.
