Job Overview

This role focuses on the verification and oversight of customer and builder proposals in a home loans setting. The position requires data accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and enter accurate customer and APF proposal data using provided checklists.
  • Oversee the proposal process for customers and builders, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external vendors to facilitate the proposal process.
  • Coordinate valuation and legal processes with relevant vendors to ensure efficient proposal progression.
  • Ensure all required documents are obtained and processed promptly, addressing any queries or concerns from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements

For this role, we are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, specifically in Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured Loans (LAP). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HL/LAP proposal verification end-to-end processes.
