About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Proposal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

Your primary focus will be on gathering information from existing RFPs, documentation, and technical experts within the company to write compelling responses. You will also obtain approvals and submit the proposal and supporting documents to the requester in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information, and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors for additional information if needed.
  • Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
  • Obtain approvals and submit completed proposals to the requester.
  • Establish priorities and target dates to ensure that the proposals are submitted on time.
  • Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received.
  • Gather and store feedback on proposals to help improve proposal content and process.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background and understanding of business process management / enterprise software and security considerations.
  • TWO OR MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE RESPONDING TO TECHNICAL RFPs FROM LARGE FIRMS AND GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS.
  • EXCELLENT WRITING, ORGANIZATIONAL, COMMUNICATION, AND PLANNING SKILLS.

Bonus Requirements:

  • MBA degree.
  • Technical background and experience with enterprise CMS-based websites.
