We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to coordinate office activities and operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, strong MS Office knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate all office activities and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports as assigned.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
