Corporate Yoga Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our corporate wellness initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality yoga sessions tailored to corporate employees, promoting well-being and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop structured yoga programs that align with organisational wellness goals and support the overall mission.
  • Consistently deliver yoga classes, maintain session schedules, track attendance, and foster participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with the broader wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic wellness offerings and promote cross-functional synergy.
  • Take ownership of the yoga vertical, bringing creative ideas and ensuring effective implementation.
  • Collect feedback, track participation, and report outcomes to inform continuous improvement and optimise programming.
  • Support wellness events and workshops beyond regular classes, driving overall well-being and job satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour or above).
  • 2–4 years of teaching experience, preferably in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong execution mindset and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage audiences.
  • Passion for driving wellness at scale and contributing to a positive work environment.
