Operational Excellence Specialist">

This key position within the Cards Customer Success team is responsible for driving Operational Excellence, Project Management, Data Analysis, and KPI Improvement. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and banks to ensure smooth operations processes, compliance, and continuous performance improvement.

The role involves monitoring and addressing day-to-day operational issues, acting as the SPOC for banks on operational queries and escalations. Performance improvement for major banks will be driven through root cause analysis (RCA) and targeted interventions. Both online and offline support will be provided to banks for operational issues and daily Cards scheme process improvements.

You will conduct bank training sessions on systems, processes, and product awareness. Maintaining oversight of the Process Advisory Group to act as a center of expertise for operational excellence will also be essential.

Achieving Automation of processes leveraging RPA and AI/ML technology will be a significant part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence and project management initiatives
  • Provide data-driven insights for business decisions
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and performance gaps
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and bank reviews
  • Maintain knowledge-sharing environment within the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong technical and data analysis skills are required along with expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management. In-depth understanding of payment products, especially UPI and related systems, is also necessary. Strong client relationship management capabilities and excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills are must-haves.
