Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business growth.
  • Support contract execution, timely updates, and renewals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in delivering AOP targets on Volume, NSV, and Pricing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Support validation of partner-reported data and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with DBSI on franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context for timely resolution of queries.
  • Prepare finance committee and executive committee documents (e.g., Franchise BPM).
  • Fulfill various ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2 -3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
