About This Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Sales Force Optimization Analyst. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to optimize sales force performance in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales force sizing, sales force structure, territory alignment design, and field call planning support for Japan affiliates.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on sales force optimization areas, including customer segmentation and targeting, sales force size and structure, territory deployment, and call planning.
  • Contribute to multiple projects for Japan geography, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
  • Participate in project kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation, and data visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain models, such as customer behavior profiles, to support sales teams and track performance against plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present final outcomes and provide recommendations as needed.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in commercial analytics, managing complex projects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of Japan's pharma and healthcare ecosystem, data sets, and language expertise (English and Japanese).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure and solve open-ended business problems.
  • Experience in business analysis and project management.
