**Job Overview**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's infrastructure, including cloud services, file transfer protocols, and DevOps pipelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
  • Act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the technical team.
  • Provide consultancy and solutions to customers regardless of product stack used.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
  • Identify toil and develop automated solutions with reduced effort.
  • Troubleshoot level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud.
  • Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using GitHub actions.
  • Experienced with Python language.
  • Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.
  • Aware of end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software to latest/required level.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation, and validation.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Provide on-call support for priority issues.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Perform Disaster Recovery.
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.
**Requirements**The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in AWS, MFT tools, GoAnywhere, and Python.
