Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure systems to ensure high levels of performance, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Investigation and Triage: Perform initial investigation and triage for all tickets/issues in the network infrastructure.
- Service Now Ticketing: Complete all service now tickets in the queues.
- Infrastructure Upgrades: Perform upgrades and refreshes as needed within the environment.
- Vulnerability Resolution: Resolve vulnerabilities when notified of items with a vulnerability.
- Audit Support: Provide audit information as requested.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex/multitier issues within the network infrastructure.
- Escalation: Escalate incidents to higher tier support groups, vendors, and other support staff.
- Monitoring and Event Management: Perform monitoring and event management support for the entire network infrastructure.
- Change Management: Accurately log and document all changes/incidents in Service Now ticketing system.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the monitoring and event management tools and processes.
- Vendor Oversight: Provide planning and vendor oversight for network change activity.
