Synopsis: Team Lead for Advanced Control Systems

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Lead a team of 15+ engineers in designing and implementing control systems.
  • Manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.
  • Identify training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with teams as a consultant to ensure system performance validation and troubleshooting.

Leadership, Technical Expertise, and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience managing 15+ engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills in high-demand project environments.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with focus on delivery within time and budget.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technical knowledge of Siemens PLC (mandatory) and Allen Bradley PLC (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
  • 10–12 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens required; Allen Bradley a plus).
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge of PLCs. Additionally, the candidate should have a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or a related field and significant experience in PLC programming.
