Job Title: Assistant Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Job Summary:

Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Assistant Vice President of Sales and Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and developing sales strategies to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver high-quality service to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and ensure seamless delivery of sales processes

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and mentoring sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savviness, with strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
