
Strategic Customer Success Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success strategy efforts. As a consultant, you will leverage your technical and functional expertise to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to design and implement business processes, playbooks, and workflows in Gainsight, managing integrations with other enterprise systems, and partnering with global teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.
About the RoleYou will act as a subject matter expert on Gainsight, owning the configuration, customization, and administration of the platform. Your key objectives are to drive customer engagement, retention, and seamless adoption of Gainsight solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Business Process Design: Design and implement business processes, playbooks, and workflows in Gainsight.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, including Salesforce and data platforms.
- Global Implementation: Partner with global Professional Services and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end Gainsight implementations.
You will have opportunities to build expertise in RevTech and InsurTech leadership while collaborating with a high-growth, innovation-driven environment. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our Customer Success operations with Gainsight.
Requirements- CRM/Customer Success Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM/Customer Success platforms, with at least 2+ years of direct Gainsight experience.
- Gainsight Administration: Strong background in Gainsight Administration, Configuration, and Integration.
- Global Team Collaboration: Experience working in global organizations across cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
