About Us

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality, handmade rugs that connect rural craftsmanship with global markets.

Our unique business model provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep, changing the standard practice of involving middlemen in artisanal communities.

We currently have a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India.

Our end-to-end business model includes sourcing of wool and exporting finished handmade rugs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily activities ensuring seamless operations.
  • Accounting and Finance: Manage accounting and finance functions, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Administration and Manpower Handling: Coordinate administration and manpower handling, including recruitment and training.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Manage transportation of goods inward and outward, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.
  • Legal and Trade Coordination: Coordinate legal and trade-related matters with officials, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Customer and Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory and Asset Management: Manage company assets, stocks, and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Qualifications and Background:

  • Graduation/PG/Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Management or related field.
  • Able to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and organizational philosophy values in daily interactions with customers.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
