Custom Order Specialist

Join our team of passionate professionals and take on a challenging role as a Custom Manager. This is an opportunity to showcase your merchandising skills and expertise in custom order management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom rug orders, from client brief to delivery.
- Work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure that specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Translate client briefs into actionable production plans, working closely with weaving clusters, dyeing units, and artisans.
- Develop and maintain custom order trackers, T&A calendars, and internal coordination sheets for timely delivery.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for custom requirements such as technique, size, color limitations, and material selection.
- B.FTech from NIFT (mandatory)
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in home furnishings, textiles, or bespoke fashion/luxury sector
- Strong knowledge of textile techniques, materials, dyeing processes, and hand-crafted production methods
- Excellent understanding of custom order workflows from client brief to production to delivery
- Strong communication and coordination skills with fluency in both English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and PLM or order management systems
