Key Responsibilities

The Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition and management plans, leading and managing the talent acquisition team, overseeing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to understand role requirements and objectives, implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interview techniques, evaluating and improving talent acquisition and management processes, maintaining an updated knowledge of the insurance industry and job market, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Talent Management and HR Talent Acquisition in a team management role.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in B2C HR environments is advantageous.
  • Proficient understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Ability to devise and implement strategic plans.
