Job Title: Master Data Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative data strategist to lead our organization's data-driven initiatives. As a master data strategist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that drive business growth and inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering: Proficient in Python (Pandas, Numpy, basic scripting) and SQL (for querying and data manipulation)
  • Data Analytics: Experience with Apache Airflow (or similar ETL orchestrators) and Apache Spark (or equivalent for distributed data processing)
  • Data Modeling: Knowledge of data normalization & schema design (Star/Snowflake schema) and familiarity with data warehouses: Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
  • Machine Learning: Understanding of the ML lifecycle (data prep → train → deploy → monitor) and ML pipeline orchestration basics (MLflow or Kubeflow)
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud-native data processing (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory)
