Job Title: Electrical Installation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Installation Specialist to join our operations team. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical installations meet the required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation Monitoring: Observe the entire installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Error Prevention: Ensure a seamless installation process and minimize error rates
  • Issue Escalation: Promptly address process deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
  • Documentation: Proper documentation of errors noticed, and presenting the metrics
  • Resolution: Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Experience: Ideally, 0 to 2 years of expertise in the same or a relevant industry
  • Skills: Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities
