Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Execution Engineer to oversee the installation of solar PV systems at project sites, ensuring timely and quality execution in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily installation activities of solar PV systems.
- Ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely material delivery.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks.
- Ensure proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations.
- Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues.
- Conduct initial system testing and commissioning.
- Maintain daily work progress reports.
- Report to the Project Manager with updates and issues.
Requirements:
- Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (for project planning).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in solar PV installation or relevant project execution.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
Location: Madukkarai, Coimbatore
Notice Period: 15 days or less
