Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Develop deep understanding of photovoltaic (PV) technologies.
    • Apply proficiency in solar system design software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD) and electrical design principles.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IBC, local building codes).
  • Project Management:
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent technical support and addressing their concerns.
    • Presentation of technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research and Development:
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.
    • Conduct research and development on new products and technologies.
    • Explore and evaluate new business opportunities within the solar market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech, or a related field.
  • 4+ Years of experience in solutioning; solar equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Proven experience with solar system design software and electrical design principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
