Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  2. Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  3. Develop teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  4. Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.
  5. Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  6. Optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC).
  3. Experience:7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management.

Key Skills:

  1. Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
  2. Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  4. Proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting.
