We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Engineer to oversee various aspects of Solar projects.

Solar Project Manager Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site assessments, developing system designs, creating proposals, identifying installers, executing projects, and ensuring smooth handovers.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead site assessments, develop system designs, create proposals, identify installers, execute projects, and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Solar Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Solar Power, Solar Systems, PV Design, Electrical Design, and complete Balance of System (BOS).
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Mandatory skills: Solar Power, Solar Systems, and PV Design
    • Essential experience: Solar Industry and Electrical Design
    • Key attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of renewable energy systems, excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Desirable qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Certifications in solar energy or related fields
